My coaching technique is aligned with my spiritual readings. Each session will be different with new information, insights and guidance. Being able to identify the core issues quickly allows a person to begin their healing journey sooner than later.

Each coaching session will be 60 minutes and conducted over the phone. If you would like to record your sessions there is an app available for you to download.

These will be weekly sessions, with one week off each month. I will provide weekly subjects and exercises to implement into your daily practice.

We will review and go over any questions you have at your session and the progress that you are making.
